Easy Double Cheesy Chicken
1 1/4 – 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup cheese cracker crumbs (like Cheezits)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Combine cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in cracker crumb mixture. Bake in 9×13 pan at 350 degrees or until chicken is done.
